Refund policy

Earrings and bracelets will not be available for returns or exchanges. However, if they arrive broken or something happens to your earrings or bracelets within the first 14 days of arrival, we will gladly replace your items. Please email cactusandgrace@gmail.com for further information as soon as possible. If we receive your email outside of the 14 day window, we will not be able to process a replacement.
