Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we no longer have no control over your package. Please allow 48-72 hours for your tracking to update and 3 weeks for your items to be delivered. You must then open a claim with your post office, if you still have not received your package. If they cannot locate your package, please send an email to cactusandgrace@gmail.com with your order number and the details of your situation. These will be handled on a case by case basis.
